Introducing 24 Montgomery, South Sydney’s Newest Business Landmark

Wynn Construction Group based predominantly in Sydney’s Georges River district, showcased 24 Montgomery, A brand new, nine level mixed use commercial tower in the centre of Kogarah’s business precinct, in December last year.

The builder developer of more than 20 years, held the St George Business Chambers Christmas Party at the landmark to formally introduce the space to the local business community, as a celebration of the milestone in the Georges River region after a few months of lockdown.

The beautifully restored heritage façade has been seamlessly integrated into the building and historical elements of the original design can be found on the ground floor providing a warmth to the contemporary building upon entry.

The 5 Star Nabers rated building was completed and ready for occupation in August last year and are looking to officially launch the building in May 2022, despite already having tenants already in the building.

The Georges River Council and the Greater Sydney Commission are developing the Kogarah Collaboration Area Place Strategy, which highlights the magnitude of opportunities Kogarah presents as a business, health and education precinct, featuring 24 Montgomery as crucial commercial floorspace. 24 Montgomery has a total floorspace of nearly 2,970m² and offer tailored floor plates between 70 – 500m².

Wynn Construction Group welcomes businesses to explore opportunities and the future of work at 24 Montgomery as the workforce begins to return to full capacity.
