In this issue of the Australian National Construction Major Project Review, we are taking a closer look at some incredible major developments.

Our cover features Hansen Yuncken’s transformation The Forest project for the University of Tasmania, a stunning example of what can be achieved with mass timber and considered environmental design.

Keeping in the education sector, we also look at New Schools Bundle B in Victoria with Hutchinson Builders, and the new Central Coast Campus for the University of Newcastle, Gosford Central with Hansen Yuncken.

This issue highlights multi-residential projects, including Bennetts Lane (Perri Group), 88 Leveson (Cedar Woods), Victoria Tower (Synergy Construct), and The Grande (Geocon).

Adding to the mix is the new commercial precinct Hudson Hub (Cedar Woods), which is redefining the workplace.

We explore the making of communities with special features on Blueheath at the Bower (Principle Living), Walkerville Recreation Centre (Hutchinson Builders), and the Ringwood Activity Centre Carpark (Ireland Brown Constructions).

Inside, you’ll also find a curated collection of case studies, innovative products, and project features from leading suppliers, consultants, and contractors across the nation.
