Their end-to-end offering, from design and engineering coordination through to installation, positions them as a single point of accountability for head contractors seeking certainty on complex projects.

Directors Joe Lorefice (Sales & Strategy) and Jason Cain (Operations) have built a business that mirrors the professionalism of much larger firms, while retaining the agility and client focus of a specialist contractor. Accounts are externally audited annually by Allan Hall Business Advisors — an AFR Top 100 firm — placing Hollex 12 to 18 months ahead of most businesses at their revenue stage in terms of financial governance.

Recent Gold Coast Projects

Four current projects being delivered on the Gold Coast demonstrate the breadth and quality of Hollex Group’s work — each presenting its own unique design and construction challenges and it’s where Hollex Group excel. With a strong building background, they review each design with a builder’s eye first and then apply their facade expertise to ensure buildability and compliance is achieved.

Amaya

30 First Avenue,
Broadbeach, Gold Coast QLD

A landmark residential tower on the Broadbeach esplanade due for completion May 2026, Amaya comprises of 4 Basements and 34 Stories. The building demanded a façade solution worthy of its premium address. Hollex undertook an extensive design coordination role on this project ensuring the structural envelope eliminated any clashes whilst developing and delivered the full facade package — Curtain Wall, Window Wall, Balustrades and Feature Screen systems — across the building’s striking envelope.

Working closely with the head contractor, the Hollex team coordinated detailed engineering and shop drawings, managed the aluminium and glazing supply chain, and executed a precise installation programme to suit the tower’s high-rise sequencing requirements. The result is a facade that delivers the performance required for a coastal residential environment and the architectural refinement the Broadbeach market expects.

Affinity

40-46 Chelsea Avenue,
Broadbeach, Gold Coast QLD

Following the successful delivery of the Amaya project for our client, Hollex have gone on to secure their next project. The Affinity project is a premium residential 39 Story tower in the heart of Broadbeach. At this early stage of Affinity Hollex is well underway with the early design coordination.

Hollex Group is delivering a full facade package for the project consisting of Curtain Wall, Window Wall, Balustrades and Feature Screen systems — across the building’s envelope. Working closely with the head contractor and facade engineer, the Hollex team coordinated detailed shop drawings, managing the supply chain, and is ensuring we manage a precise installation programme to suit the tower’s high-rise sequencing requirements. The result will be a facade that delivers both the acoustic and thermal performance required for a coastal residential environment the this competitive Broadbeach provides.

Mantaray Lounge

Lot 503 Seaworld Drive,
Main Beach, Gold Coast QLD

Adjacent to the iconic Sea World precinct, the Floating Mantaray Lounge project features a bespoke facade package to meet a challenging project brief. This venue’s bold hospitality design language and striking circular footprint sets it apart as a truly unique build.

Hollex Group were up for the challenge — designing, engineering and procuring this project end-to-end. The project consists of two elliptical floor plans with Level 1 offset over the Ground Floor.

The immense challenge was the 15 different offset radius dimensions, which resulted in 600 different parts being curved to critical tolerances to ensure the close fit and function of the Curved Sliding Doors and windows.

Elle on Jefferson Street

Miami, Gold Coast QLD

The Elle on Jefferson Street development in Miami presented Hollex Group with the challenge of delivering a refined residential facade within a medium-density mixed-use context.

The project is at the early stage of delivery and is a true reflection of Hollex Group’s reputation for collaborative delivery in Queensland’s competitive residential construction market.

A Business Built For Scale

These Gold Coast projects are emblematic of a broader growth story for Hollex Group. The business is continuing organic growth through consistent quality and reliability, expanding its client base supported by the strong residential and commercial construction pipeline across southeast Queensland.

Underpinning that ambition is a governance and operational framework built well ahead of the company’s current revenue stage. Hollex Group continues to build depth within its business structure to ensure consistency and stability for clients.

For head contractors and developers, this means working with a facade specialist that has the experience, systems, accountability and long-term vision of a much larger organisation.
