ASI United delivers expert hydraulic solutions for major Sydney developments, combining precision, reliability, and trusted partnerships.

ASI United

In the thriving heart of Sydney’s residential construction boom, ASI United has emerged as a trusted and highly capable hydraulic services contractor, providing sophisticated solutions to some of the city’s standout developments—including the landmark ALBA and LUNA projects.

Established just three years ago, ASI United may be young in years, but it brings decades of collective experience to the table. With its directors boasting over 30 years in the field, the company has rapidly built a strong reputation for reliable, high-quality hydraulic work across both commercial and residential sectors.

Hydraulic engineering is the backbone of modern architecture. ASI United provides commercial and residential plumbing services, investigates issues, and explains problems and solutions to ensure their clients are fully informed and satisfied.

For the ALBA and LUNA developments, ASI United was engaged to deliver complete hydraulic services, a task that required technical precision and methodical coordination. Their scope included the installation of reticulating hot, cold, warm, and non-potable water systems, as well as stormwater, sewer/sanitary, and tradewaste infrastructure—core components for two of Sydney’s newest high-end residential projects.

“On both ALBA and LUNA, we were responsible for the full hydraulic scope,” said Ben Horton, Director at ASI United. “From the early design phases through to the final install and commissioning, we worked closely with the construction teams to ensure delivery on time and to the standard expected.”

Despite the scale and complexity of both sites, the team didn’t encounter any major obstacles. “It was a smooth run,” Ben explained. “That’s a testament to our team and how we plan our work. Nothing out of the ordinary came up—which is exactly how you want a job of this size to go.”

With a team of 50 employees, ASI United is structured to handle large-scale projects without compromising agility. “We had around 25 people dedicated to these developments,” Ben said. “That includes tradespeople, apprentices, and project supervisors. Every one of them understands the importance of doing the job once—and doing it right.”

Located in Clyde, NSW, ASI United prides itself on professionalism and partnership. Their collaborative approach with builders and developers ensures seamless integration of hydraulic systems—often one of the most complex layers in a build.

While ALBA and LUNA stand as recent highlights, they are far from the only projects in ASI United’s pipeline. “We’re currently working on another four sites of similar size and nature,” Ben revealed. “We’ve hit our stride, and we’re excited about the scale and diversity of work coming through.”

In addition to quality delivery, ASI United places a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships. “It’s not just about the install,” Ben added. “We want to be a contractor that clients trust year after year—for consistency, problem-solving, and the peace of mind that comes from working with professionals who genuinely care.”

These projects continue to solidify ASI’s reputation as a go-to partner for hydraulic contracting across Sydney’s evolving urban landscape.

As the city continues to expand upwards and outwards, the demand for reliable hydraulic contractors is only set to grow—and ASI United is ready to meet it.

“We’re focused on steady growth,” Ben said. “Not just in terms of projects, but in nurturing our people and refining our processes. That’s what keeps quality high and clients happy.”

From expertly planned systems to faultless delivery, ASI United continues to prove why they’re one of the most dependable hydraulic contractors in the game.

Stone Will Landscaping delivered sustainable, luxurious outdoor spaces with native plants, precision terracing, and architectural harmony.

Stone Will Landscaping

Stone Will Landscaping has once again raised the bar in luxury landscape construction with their stunning work at the prestigious Rumbalara Residences. Responsible for the entire outdoor transformation, the team brought to life a seamless integration of natural beauty, high-end materials, and practical innovation across the multi-residential development.

“Our scope included everything from softscaping and hardscaping to premium turfing, custom sports surfaces, and bespoke planters,” said David Black, Director of Stone Will. “Every outdoor space—communal gardens, terraces, pathways—was designed to reflect the same level of sophistication as the interiors.”

In line with the project’s vision of creating a tranquil retreat, Stone Will worked in close collaboration with architects and developers to hand-select climate-resilient, native plant species and elegant finishes that harmonised with the natural surroundings. “We paid attention to every detail—from textures and colours to materials—ensuring that the landscaping complemented the architectural vision,” David added.

However, the project wasn’t without its challenges. “The site presented steep gradients, variable soil conditions, and limited access points,” David explained. To overcome these, the team employed advanced erosion control methods, precision terracing, and a well-coordinated logistics strategy to ensure efficient and safe material delivery and installation.

Sustainability was another cornerstone of the project. “We incorporated drought-tolerant plants, water-efficient irrigation systems, and used locally sourced materials,” said David. “This not only reduced the environmental impact but also ensures a low-maintenance, thriving landscape long term.”

The Rumbalara Residences project is a showcase of Stone Will Landscaping’s signature approach—precision, collaboration, and innovation. With an unwavering commitment to excellence and sustainability, the team has delivered an outdoor environment that’s as functional as it is breathtaking, elevating luxury living in one of Australia’s most picturesque locations.

Goldfish & Bay delivered compliant fire protection design for Rumbalara’s multi-building residential development, addressing project complexity through coordinated engineering solutions.

Goldfish and Bay

Goldfish and Bay, a leading building services design and consulting firm, delivered specialised fire protection solutions for the Rumbalara Residences project in Gosford.

With a strong focus on quality, compliance, and technical performance, the team designed a system that integrated effectively into the development’s large-scale infrastructure.

Rumbalara comprises four interconnected residential towers, each up to 11 storeys, supported by a 11,000m² basement structure. The scale and complexity of the development required a carefully coordinated fire services strategy to ensure safety, resilience, and long-term reliability.

Goldfish and Bay’s Fire Engineering team designed and implemented a combined hydrant and sprinkler system, providing both fire suppression and firefighting water supply through a single integrated network.

The system was developed to meet AS 2118.6-2012 and incorporates key redundancies, including dual diesel-driven fire pumps. Each pump is capable of meeting pressure and flow requirements independently, with automatic switchover to maintain system continuity in the event of failure.

Water supply reliability was further supported through a primary on-site storage tank and a secondary mains connection.

A looped pipework configuration ensures consistent water availability, while sectional isolation valves enable targeted maintenance without compromising building-wide protection.

Throughout the design process, the team prioritised hydraulic performance, pressure zoning, and full compliance with relevant standards. Given the scale and complexity of the Rumbalara development, a compliant and resilient fire protection system was essential.

The integrated design addressed both fire suppression and operational continuity and was developed in close coordination with Deicorp and other key project stakeholders to ensure alignment with performance requirements and regulatory standards.

The integration of these features reflects Goldfish and Bay’s broader capability in delivering reliable, high-performing fire services for large-scale residential projects.

Goldfish and Bay holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications and maintains a 4-star iCIRT rating, underscoring its commitment to quality, safety, and compliance. The firm is also registered with Engineers Australia, FPA Australia, AIRAH, and the Hydraulic Consultants Association of Australasia (HCAA).

Goldfish and Bay’s broader project portfolio with Deicorp includes Tallawong Village, Melrose Park, The Rothschild, Marquet & Mary, Hyde Metropolitan, 130 Joyton Avenue, Highline Westmead, and Kings Bay Precinct, reinforcing the firm’s position in delivering dependable fire and building services across complex, large-scale developments.

XL Precast specialist stadium seating and structural panels, overcoming one-sided site access constraints.

XL Precast

With extensive experience in delivering structural precast concrete solutions for major infrastructure, residential, commercial and industrial projects, XL Precast was proud to contribute to the Parramatta Eels NRL Centre of Excellence. The company was engaged to supply and install the precast concrete seating plats and structural panels for the facility.

“This project was a great fit for us. Kane partnered with us, as precast experts, to develop specialised solutions designed to meet the project requirements and to implement industry best practices,” said Alessandro Bentancur, Director at XL Precast.

“Our team has strong experience in working with our clients to deliver tailor made solutions, in this project the limitations and restriction of the site needed to be taken into consideration during the planning, manufacture, delivery and erection of the precast seating plats. Furthermore, the low tolerances required of the seating plats meant our accuracy and attention to detail really demanded the best from our team so we knew exactly what it would take to meet the standards expected of a professional-grade facility like this.”

One of the most significant challenges was the erection of the precast products from only one side of the building. “Because of the field on the other side, we had restricted access, so we had to plan and execute everything from one side only,” Alessandro explained. “That required precise logistics and coordination across all trades on site and significant planning with crane locations and erection methodologies.”

Another challenge was delivering high-quality seating plats with extremely tight tolerances, critical to both the structural performance and aesthetic finish of the stadium-style viewing areas. “We’re proud of the quality we achieved on this project. It’s a testament to the experience of our team and the processes we have in place,” Alessandro added.

Of XL Precast’s 125 staff, around 30 were involved in the Eels Centre of Excellence project, contributing their expertise to bring the design to life efficiently and safely.

Currently working on the Besix Watpac Woolworths project in Eastern Creek, XL Precast continues to be a trusted partner in the delivery of durable, high-performance precast concrete solutions across New South Wales, Queensland and the ACT.

Ci Group delivered a high-performance AV fit-out, blending sport-focused functionality and innovation.

The Ci Group

The Ci Group, a leader in work place technology, recently completed a high-performance audiovisual fit-out for the Parramatta Eels NRL Centre of Excellence.

Awarded the AV contract by Kane Constructions through a competitive tender process, Ci was tasked with delivering a comprehensive solution that met the dynamic needs of a high-performance sports environment.

“We worked closely with Kane and the project stakeholders to consult on the final AV design,” said Tim Watton Senior Account Manager for CI. “The focus was on functionality, reliability and performance—delivering a seamless experience for end-users and visitors.”

The scope of work included the supply and installation of LG commercial-grade displays throughout the facility, all configured to run Kayo Sports via embedded browser capabilities. VITEC media players were also integrated to manage and distribute live and recorded content across multiple zones. For audio, a QSC system was installed to deliver clear, immersive sound in key areas.

One unique challenge was designing a custom projector mount to accommodate the curved, stepped social seating zone, an area intended to be both visually engaging and highly functional. “That one challenged our engineering and operations teams, who came up with great solutions,” said Tim. “We had to ensure that when shortening the projector pole mount, that the projection angle was perfect while preserving the aesthetics of the space.”

“Kane were great construction partners to work with,” Tim noted. “We collaborated closely to resolve any issues in a timely manner and ensured the installation met the project schedule.”

The result is an AV system that not only enhances the day-to-day operations of the Eels’ elite training environment but also elevates the overall experience for community users. With this project, Ci once again demonstrated its capability to deliver innovative, tailored AV solutions for complex, multi-use facilities.

Once Kane completed the project, Ci maintains the relationship directly with the Parramatta Eels and ensures a high level of support and training continues for the staff and end-users. As Tim states, “It is not enough to just install and just deliver a project. Ci values the long-term success of the workplace technology solutions delivered and a great end-user experience for our partners and clients alike.”
